# Reporting
The IFRS 16 solution provides several inquiry and reporting tools that help users review lease accounting data, analyze balances, and track schedule activity throughout the lease lifecycle.
## Status History
All lease schedule status changes are recorded in the **Status History** table. This provides a complete audit trail of schedule lifecycle events and status transitions.
Status History can be accessed directly from the lease schedule card.
Typical status changes include:
* Pre-Contract
* Active
* Expired
* Early Buy-Out
* Terminated
## Filtering General Ledger Entries by Contract and Schedule
Additional fields **Contract No.** and **Schedule No.** are stored with General Ledger entries created by the IFRS 16 solution. This allows lease-related transactions to be filtered and analyzed directly from the Chart of Accounts.
Users can filter General Ledger balances and entries by:
* Contract No.
* Schedule No.
This makes it easier to investigate lease transactions and reconcile balances related to a specific lease agreement.
## Schedule Statistics
The **Schedule Statistics** function provides a summary of current lease balances and schedule information.
Statistics can be accessed using the **Schedule Statistics** action or through the FactBox on the schedule page.
The statistics page provides visibility into:
* Outstanding lease liabilities.
* Lease balances.
* Schedule totals.
* Other lease-related information.
## Schedule Line View
The **Schedule Line View** provides a detailed view of lease schedule lines and their calculated values.
Users can review:
* Payment dates.
* Outstanding amounts.
* Principal amounts.
* Interest amounts.
* Liability classifications.
## Schedule Lines to Date
The **Schedule Lines to Date** inquiry provides schedule information up to a selected reporting date.
## Additional Reporting Options
In addition to the dedicated IFRS 16 reports, standard Business Central reporting and analysis tools can be used to review lease accounting information.
Common examples include:
* **Account Schedules**, using the schedule dimension created by the IFRS 16 solution.
* **Fixed Asset Reports**.
* Standard General Ledger analysis and reporting tools.
