# Reporting

The ASC 842 solution includes several reporting and inquiry pages that help users review lease schedules, analyze balances, and track schedule activity throughout the lease lifecycle.

## Status History

All lease schedule status changes are tracked and stored in the **Status History** page.

This information can be accessed directly from the lease schedule and provides a historical record of schedule status changes throughout the lease lifecycle.

## Filtering the Chart of Accounts by Contract Number

The ASC 842 solution extends General Ledger entries by storing:

* Contract No.
* Schedule No.

As a result, users can filter General Ledger transactions by a specific lease contract or lease schedule directly from the Chart of Accounts.

## Schedule Statistics

The **Statistics** action provides a summary of the current balances and key information related to a lease schedule.

To open the statistics page, select **Statistics** from the lease schedule.

## Schedule Lines to Date

The **Schedule Lines to Date** report combines data from lease schedule lines and General Ledger entries, providing a consolidated view of lease balances and schedule activity as of a selected date.

#### Selecting General Ledger Accounts

The report allows users to select which General Ledger accounts should be included in the calculation and displayed in the report results.

#### Report Filters

The report includes the following date filters:

* **Schedule Version Date Filter** - Used to identify the schedule version that was valid as of the selected reporting date.
* **General Ledger Date Filters** - Used to control which General Ledger entries are included when calculating balances for the report.
* **General Ledger Date Filter To** - Defines the end date used for General Ledger balance calculations.
